I had been meaning to use this domain to blog, but had put nothing here until I installed DotClear to help someone else troubleshoot. I may run with it, or tear it down. The point is to avoid comment spam. WordPress is essentially in the business of putting out a free product that makes spamming easy in order to market the service of countering spam. The trouble is, they are essentially the only game in town for ease of use, etc. My thought was to create my own pure HTML site that would be close enough to blog-like.
One comment spam appeared almost as soon as the blog was published, so the software is on probation.
Myles Murgatroyd is of course a pen name. The domain is from a description I appreciated in an old movie. My goal is to cover any and everything, while trying not to give away my identity. You know, something to offend everyone, so bear with me because you may not be dismayed with everything. Just some of it.
